Thanks to the check in, all the arrivals are synchronized, so that the organiser gets a live report and knows who has arrived and who has not.

If you’ve activated the sending of a QR Code at the moment of the registration, your participants will have their badges and you’ll be able to scan their QR Code from the mobile event app (the scan is embed in the solution).

To welcome your attendees with the check in, those ones have to be registered… Moreover, the functionality « Registration » has to be activated.
